One of the priorities for FANS for the next year is sector training. On November 22 and 23, 2024 we were able to work with the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Sydney Waterfront Campus, Early Childhood Development Centre. On Friday we did a presentation to students, and on Saturday we provided a workshop for staff from Cape Breton Early Childhood Centres. Thank you to Kathy Milburn at NSCC for her organization and hospitality, and to all the participants for travelling through inclement weather to attend.
